Are free Anti-Virus software any good?

First and foremost, you never want to go without security protection on your computer. Free Anti-Virus has very low detection rates. Give us a call and we will be happy to inform you of the latest security software we recommend and sell to all our clients for Spyware, Malware and Virus protection.

Do you transfer content?

Yes, we do move content from one content management system to another or from an old site to a new one. Admittedly, when updating or revamping a site, the customer often wants to see what content is still relevant. Today, there is less need to transfer previous content.

However, the transfer of content is absolutely possible. It is done with a separate agreement and depending on what the content is like and what the previous content management system has been like.

Do you offer a hosting service?

We do not directly offer hosting services at Tembosoft, but we have been cooperating well with TMD Hosting for a long time.

Our partner’s TMD service specializes in shared and cloud hosting. Our experience with their customer service and technical expertise has been so good that we have decided to work with them.

How Long is a Managed Services Contract For?

Managed IT Services Contracts vary by provider. Some providers offer month-to-month programs, while others require a multi-year contract. Some have a very high startup cost and lower monthly, while others require a multi-year contract. Some have a very high startup cost and lower monthly, while others offer a middle-of-the-road monthly cost and spread the cost of startup over the term of the agreement.

Our service model uses a fixed monthly fee, which is based on the size and complexity of your particular network. Once contracted, your Managed IT Services will cover maintenance and support for every component of your network, providing you with peace of mind and the ability to accurately forecast your IT maintenance costs.

How many changes can be made to the layout?

When we develop a website, the customer has two rounds of change in design. In other words, it is always possible to make two rounds of change, in which case each round of change may include one or more changes.

In practice, we send the design to the customer and ask for feedback. The customer can have a lot of change requests. Once we receive them, we make another version, in which case one round of change is considered used. If the customer still has changes or thoughts in mind, we will make the desired additional changes, after which the layout is complete.

Do you provide maintenance or support after the end of the project??

Definitely, after the project, support and service will be available from us as needed. We do not charge a monthly or another ongoing fee, but you pay for support and service based on how you use them.

So there is virtually no flat fee, as there may be months when a customer does not need our services. Our customer doesn’t pay for anything he doesn’t need. We provide support when the customer needs it, and the customer pays for it according to their own needs.
