CDTF is an organization that supports community development programs and projects in Tanzania. It needed a better way to manage financial records, reporting and financial processes across the organization.
What we did
Tembosoft implemented Xero accounting software and worked with the finance and management teams to standardize financial processes, improve record keeping and strengthen financial reporting.
The outcome
- CDTF can now generate management reports more efficiently for board meetings and decision making.
- The organization has improved transparency and accountability in its financial operations and reduced compliance related risks by approximately 60%.
- Management has access to more reliable financial information for planning and day to day decision making.
